2016 Aiken All-County Chorus
How Your Gift will Help

The Aiken Choral Society is a 501(c)(3) public charity, operated by volunteers.  Membership dues and concert ticket sales help cover some of our costs, but we need the financial support of music lovers like you to realize our mission of offering quality choral performances to the Aiken community. With your help, we can rent concert venues, hire first-rate musicians (see Collaborating Musicians under the Our People tab), and purchase sheet music.

When you give to Aiken Choral Society, you can be assured that 100% of every dollar goes directly to our program:  educate, collaborate, and perform.   And because we are a charitible organization [501(c)(3)], your gift is deductible as allowed by law.

Thank You for Your Support!

FutureVoices in our Schools

FutureVoices is our education outreach project we began in 2014 to support high school vocal music students and their teachers.  Our singers and board have chosen to focus on teens who have already made a serious commitment to vocal music in order to encourage them to continue this wonderful activity beyond high school and throughout their entire lives.

For 2016 we provided the funding to hold the first annual All-County Chorus event and we will provide funding for the March 2018 event.  Five middle and four high school chorus programs participated - nearly 200 students!

If you wish, you may designate a donation to FutureVoices and help Aiken Choral Society impact hundreds of children each year.

Simply use the Donate button below and add FutureVoices to the Comment section.

Thank you for your support of this important project.

What Singing in ACS Means to Me...

"Singing in ACS is an opportunity to be part of a group that shares a love of the history, complexity, and power of music. "

Melissa sings here with her husband, Peter, at the 2014 Madrigal Dinner. The event closes each year with the singing of favorite carols by ACS members and our guests.
